PO-Relay collects information you provide directly (name, email, company) and data necessary to provide the service (read-only access to Gmail and ERP data via OAuth and secure integrations).
How we use your data
We use your data solely to provide the PO-Relay service: tracking open loops, processing supplier emails, generating reports, and drafting follow-ups. We do not use your data to train AI models or sell it to third parties.
Read-only access
PO-Relay accesses Gmail and ERP data in read-only mode. We never send emails on your behalf without explicit action, never modify your ERP, and never write to any source system.
Data retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
